Mono Pumps

Mono Pumps Ltd
Ocmis (UK) Ltd supply the full range of progressing cavity pumps, manufactured by Mono Pumps Ltd.
How it Works
The progressing cavity pumping principle has been proven through many years of experience and correct application of the Mono Pump can give extremely long trouble free life.
The heart of the Mono pump is the rotor and stator. As the single helix rotor revolves eccentrically within the double helix of the stator, a continuous cavity is formed and progresses towards the discharge end of the pump as the rotor rotates.
Pump Models
Mono manufacture pumps with flows ranging from 10 l/h up to 420,000 l/h and these are designed to match the exact requirements of the customer.
Wastewater applications include:
·Digested sewage sludge ·Carbon slurries ·Primary and secondary sludges ·Chlorine ·Filter pressed sludge ·Lime ·Water supply ·Acids ·Polyelectrolyte dosing
Advantages
·Self Priming – can lift 8.5m ·Smooth flow – virtually pulse free ·Pumps abrasive slurries – little wear ·Pumps very viscous fluids – up to 1,000,000 cP ·Pumps shear sensitive fluids – virtually no damage ·Handles solids in suspension
