Quayhead, Worcester

The new Quayhead scheme, incorporating the fountain, has won a commendation in the Local Government News Street Design Competition 2002.

The scheme was completed in March this year in partnership with the Duckworth Worcestershire Trust. The area is now extremely popular with the fountain as its centrepiece, together with the Quay café, new paving and seating, so that the space effectively links St Andrews gardens with the riverside.
